Bookings
Dates are confirmed when the quotation is accepted in writing and any agreed deposit is received.
Payments
Invoices are issued in USD, EUR or GBP and can be paid by PayPal or bank transfer to our USA checking account. Bank and PayPal fees are the payer's responsibility unless agreed otherwise.
Cancellations & weather
Cancellation terms are set in each quotation. Weather, flooding, government restrictions or safety concerns may require changes to the schedule; we will always work with you to reschedule fairly.
Permissions
We provide guidance and coordination for permissions, but approvals are decided by the authorities and cannot be guaranteed.
Drone flights
Drone flights are carried out only where legal and safe. The pilot may refuse or stop a flight for safety or legal reasons.
Footage & copyright
Footage commissioned and paid in full is licensed to the client for the agreed use. Unless agreed otherwise, we may show short excerpts in our portfolio.
