Information you send
When you use the contact or quote form, we receive the details you type — such as your name, email, company, project dates and message. We use them only to reply to you and to prepare quotations, invoices and project communication.
Website statistics
We count visits to understand which pages are useful. Our statistics do not store your IP address; visits are counted with an anonymous identifier that changes every day. We may also use Google Search Console and, if enabled, Google Analytics, which have their own privacy policies.
If you become a client, we may email you about your project. You can ask us at any time to stop sending non-essential emails.
Payments
Online payments are processed by PayPal. We never see or store your card details. Bank transfers are handled by your bank.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing us.
