For travel vloggers & YouTubers coming to Bangladesh
Come film Bangladesh with a local creator.
Travel vloggers and YouTubers: I'll be your guide, producer and fixer — and we can make a video together.
ON LOCATION · BD
You bring your camera and your audience. I bring Bangladesh — the people, the places, the language and the paperwork. Together we make a story your viewers have never seen.
I'm Sakil Ahmed, the creator behind the YouTube channel Sakil The Traveler. I've filmed documentary-style travel stories across Bangladesh, and I know how hard this country can be to film alone: crowds gather in seconds, the best stories happen in Bangla, and some places need permission before a camera can go in.
That's where I come in. Whether you want a full travel series, one viral food video or a joint episode for both our channels, I'll plan it, produce it and take you there.

How I can help
Everything a creator needs on the ground
Local guide & travel partner
I take you to the places, food and people that make great videos — not the tourist checklist. Old Dhaka, rivers, villages, tea gardens, coast and hills.
Producer & fixer
Story ideas, shooting schedule, contributors, transport, boats, hotels and SIM cards — planned before you land, managed while you film.
Permissions help
I coordinate local permissions — administration, forest department, private owners and drone areas — and tell you honestly what is possible.
Second camera & drone
I film you while you film the world, plus cinematic aerials. Authorised drone operator — anywhere in Bangladesh except restricted areas.
Translator on camera
Real conversations with street-food sellers, boatmen and families — I translate Bangla ⇄ English live, on or off camera.
Collab video
A joint episode for both channels — your audience meets Bangladesh through a local creator, mine meets you.

Questions creators ask
I'm a small creator. Can I still work with you?
Yes. Channel size doesn't matter — what matters is a good idea and respect for the people we film. Tell me about your channel and your plan.
Do you do free collaborations?
Joint videos that benefit both channels can be arranged as a creative collaboration. Guiding, producing, transport, drone work and permission coordination are paid services — I'll send a clear quote in USD, EUR or GBP.
Can you get permission for places that are restricted?
I coordinate the permissions that are possible — local administration, forest department, private owners and drone areas. Some areas are off-limits to foreigners or to drones, and approvals are decided by the authorities. I'll always tell you honestly what is realistic before you book flights.
How early should I contact you?
At least three to four weeks before you arrive, longer if you want the Sundarbans, the Hill Tracts or drone shots. Last-minute trips are possible for simple city filming.
Can you film me while I present?
Yes — I work as second camera and drone operator, so you get walking shots, wide shots, reactions and aerials you can't film alone.
Will you appear in my video?
Only if you want me to. I'm happy to be on camera as your local friend and translator, or stay completely behind the camera.
